Terms of Service
Esteem Living, LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the public website operated by Esteem Living, LLC (“Esteem Living,” “we,” “us”) and inquiries submitted through that site. They do not replace a signed statement of work, master services agreement, or channel-partner client agreement for paid work. If you enter a signed engagement with us, that signed document controls for the engagement.
1. Who we are
Esteem Living, LLC is a Texas limited liability company with its primary work location in Round Rock, Texas, USA. Services are performed or supervised by Siddhit Sanghavi through Esteem Living, LLC. The contracting and invoicing entity for direct engagements described on this site is Esteem Living, LLC.
2. The site and what it is for
The site describes our AI implementation and consulting practice for businesses that need help redesigning workflows and putting AI to work. It is informational. Listing a service area on the site does not create an engagement. Pricing is not published as a public price list. If you want to talk, use the book-a-call or contact path on the site.
3. No public offer of channel packages
This site does not publish partner-channel package menus or partner-specific pricing. Work introduced through a named channel partner is governed by that partner’s client agreement and by any separate collaboration terms between Esteem Living and that partner. For those engagements, invoicing and collection may run through the partner as stated in those agreements. Do not assume this site’s general Terms change those documents.
4. Inquiries and booking
When you submit a form, email us, or book a call, you agree to provide accurate contact details and a good-faith description of your request. We may decline or reschedule conversations. A call is not free unlimited advisory work and is not a substitute for a paid engagement.
5. Paid engagements
Paid work starts only after a written agreement is signed (or accepted in the form we use for that engagement), including scope, fees, payment timing, data access, and ownership terms. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria live in that agreement, not on this website.
6. Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise:
- You keep ownership of your pre-existing materials, data, and branding.
- We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and know-how.
- Work product created for you under a signed engagement follows the ownership terms in that engagement.
- You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial site content for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Confidentiality and client systems
We treat non-public business information you share in an inquiry or engagement as confidential, subject to ordinary exceptions (information already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law). Access to your systems or data requires written authorization in the engagement documents. Do not send production credentials through a public contact form.
8. Acceptable use of the site
You may not use the site to attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape at a volume that harms the service, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent who you are. We may block access that threatens security or availability.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Informal comments on a call or in email are not warranties. Results from AI tools and software depend on your data, processes, and decisions; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes unless a signed engagement expressly states a warranty.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esteem Living’s total liability arising out of use of this website or an inquiry submitted through it is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). This site-level cap does not rewrite liability terms in a signed paid engagement, which control for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or inquiries.
11. Indemnity for site misuse
You will defend and indemnify Esteem Living and its personnel against third-party claims to the extent caused by your misuse of the site, unlawful content you submit, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the site, including Google Analytics 4 when you accept analytics cookies. By using the site, you also acknowledge that Policy. Essential cookies may run for basic site function; analytics cookies load only after you accept them on the cookie bar.
13. Insurance
Esteem Living maintains commercial insurance appropriate to its consulting practice, including technology errors-and-omissions / cyber coverage and commercial general liability, as required for active client work. Certificates are provided under engagement terms when required. Policy details are not part of these public Terms.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or use of the site is the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless a signed engagement specifies a different venue for that engagement.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new Effective date on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms for new activity. Signed engagements change only by their own amendment rules.

17. Entire agreement for site use
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Esteem Living for use of the public website and inquiries through it. They do not amend any signed engagement or partner collaboration agreement.
