Effective date: September 10, 2026
Esteem Living, LLC (“Esteem Living,” “we,” “us”) provides AI implementation and related consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and related contact forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. This Policy applies to our public website and to inquiries submitted through it. Separate signed statements of work or client agreements may add service-specific terms for active engagements.
1. Who we are
Esteem Living, LLC

Privacy contact: siddhit@esteem-automation.com
For notices that must use the Esteem Living brand name: info@esteem-living.com
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us, technical information needed to run the site, and analytics data if you accept analytics cookies.
Information you provide. Name, email address, company name, phone number (if you include it), message contents, and any files or links you attach when you use a contact or booking form, email us, or schedule a call.
Technical information. Standard server logs that may include IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, referring URL, and timestamps. We use these logs for security, debugging, and reliable hosting.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use essential cookies required for the site to work (for example, to remember your cookie preference). If you choose “Accept” on our cookie bar, we also use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type, and referral source). GA4 may set cookies or use similar identifiers. If you choose “Reject” or do not accept analytics, we do not load GA4.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site is for business use.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule calls;
- provide and improve our services under a signed engagement;
- understand site traffic and improve the website (only when analytics cookies are accepted);
- secure the site and detect abuse;
- meet legal, tax, insurance, and accounting duties;
- communicate about your request or an active engagement.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate:
- Service providers that host the website, email, or calendar tools we use to receive and answer your messages;
- Google, when you accept analytics cookies, as the provider of Google Analytics 4 (see Google’s own privacy materials for how Google processes analytics data);
- Professional advisors (for example, legal, insurance, or accounting) under confidentiality duties when required for the business;
- Channel partners only when an engagement is introduced through that partner and sharing is needed to deliver the work under that engagement’s contracts;
- Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
We do not share contact-form data for unrelated marketing lists.
5. Cookies and your choices
On your first visit (and when preferences expire or you clear them), our cookie bar asks whether to allow analytics cookies.
- Essential cookies run so the site and preference storage work. They do not require analytics consent.
- Analytics cookies (GA4) load only if you accept. You can reject analytics and still use the site.
- You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect some site features.
We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on this site at launch.

6. Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived under our ordinary records practice. Engagement records follow the retention rules in the signed agreement and applicable law. Server logs are kept for a limited operational period unless a security or legal hold requires longer retention. GA4 data is retained according to the retention setting we configure in Google Analytics and Google’s product rules.
7. Security
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small consulting practice. That includes access controls on our accounts, encryption in transit for the public site (HTTPS), encrypted storage for backups of business records we control, and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials through a general contact form.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing siddhit@esteem-automation.com. We may need to verify your identity and may keep limited records when law or an active engagement requires it. If you are in a state or country that grants additional privacy rights, contact us at the same address and we will respond as required by applicable law.
You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing site cookies / resetting the cookie preference and choosing Reject, or by contacting us.
9. International visitors
We are based in Texas, United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that we process your information in the United States. Google may process analytics data in the United States and other countries when GA4 is enabled.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The Effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Policy for new activity. Material changes that affect an active signed engagement will be handled under that engagement’s notice rules where they apply.
