# Esteem Automation Labs, LLC

Esteem Automation Labs is run by Siddhit Sanghavi, an industrial engineer and former residential remodeling franchise operator (Bath Tune-Up and Kitchen Tune-Up). The practice works with offline, built and physical businesses — construction, home services, trades, agriculture — on operations, not software for its own sake. The method: map the process end to end with the people who run it, separate the minutes anyone actually spends working on a task from the days it takes to move through the business, decide what should run each step (a rule, a model, or a person), and baseline the process before building anything.

## Who this is for

A small or mid-sized business in a physical or built trade, where the bottleneck is a manual process, not a missing app: proposal-to-job data entry, call handling and lead qualifying, daily reporting pulled from five systems by hand, data locked in a platform with no export. Not a fit for software product development, general IT support, or a business that has already been platformed correctly and just wants a new feature.

## Systems built

- Khet Saathi — a WhatsApp farm advisory AI for a working onion, cotton and groundnut farm in Gujarat, India. Answers agronomy questions in the language asked (Gujarati, Hindi or English), with a second review pass that escalates high-severity cases to a human agronomist. Live pilot.
- Sales call analysis — recovered 150+ sales call recordings from a platform with no API or export, transcribed them, and scored every call against a rubric. Completed.
- Job cost analysis — automatic extraction of proposal line items into job-cost metrics against company benchmarks, generated on every closed sale. Completed.
- Daily snapshot — proposals, appointments, contacts, invoices and campaigns written to one sheet daily, feeding a read-only dashboard. Runs daily.
- Private model workstation — a local workstation serving private models over a private network for lower-sensitivity daily work.
- Inbound call qualifying — a voice agent (Retell AI) that answers inbound calls, qualifies the job against the questions a scheduler would ask, and books the in-home estimate on the calendar. In testing.
- OpenPTS — an open source REST API that turns video of a manual task into MODAPTS motion codes and a standard time. MIT licensed. https://openpts-api-w79z.vercel.app/
